"A picture is worth a thousand words...". As a "North-ponder" armed with a camera, I think I am among the people who have photographed the North Pond the most. I have been living in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview and North Pond area for the past twenty years. And every week or so I take a stride around the Pond and photograph anything that I find interesting: the views of the pond, the geese, the turtles, the squirrels... the people, all year round. There's always life around North Pond, year round. Turtles may be hibernating in the depths of the pond, but you will come across other living specimen, if not yourself... It is a great place for personal relaxation, family moment, wedding celebration, filming, performing art etc. Whenever I hit a snag I go for a walk aroung the pond. I come back refreshed and re-energized
